     Zásilkovna pickup points

    • The shipping cost within the Czech Republic is 89 CZK for parcels up to 5 kg, and 159 CZK for parcels from 5 kg to 15 kg.
    • The shipping cost to Slovakia is 4.2 € for parcels up to 5 kg, and 7.5 € for parcels from 5 kg to 15 kg. 
    • You can pick up your parcel at one of Zásilkovna’s branches or partner pickup points.
    • You will be notified by email and SMS when your parcel is delivered to the pickup point, including a password for collection.

    • Delivery across the entire Czech Republic.

     
    Zásilkovna home delivery

    • The shipping cost within the Czech Republic is 125 CZK for parcels up to 5 kg, and 175 CZK for parcels from 5 kg to 15 kg.
    • The shipping cost to Slovakia is 5.5 € for parcels up to 1 kg, 6 € for parcels from 1 kg to 2 kg, 6.75 € for parcels from 2 kg to 5 kg, 8 € for parcels from 5 kg to 10 kg, and 12 € for parcels from 10 kg to 15 kg.
    • The parcel will be delivered to the address you selected.
    • You will be notified by email and SMS when your parcel is on its way to your address, including the estimated arrival time of the courier.

    • Delivery across the entire Czech Republic.

     
    Personal pickup-Papírna, Dělnická 1020/54, Praha 7

    • Personal pickup at our Papírna studio in Holešovice is free of charge.
    • Payment for personal pickup can be made during the online order using a payment card or bank transfer.
    • Please wait for the email we will send you once your order is ready for pickup.
    • To hand over your order, we will only need your name, or alternatively your email or order number.
    • Our new space also serves as a shop where you can purchase paper goodies from our current menu right on the spot. Limited editions are available exclusively here.
